East Cliff Practice is made up by the joining of the former Mildmay and Addington Street Surgeries.

We moved into new surgery premises in December 2006.· We share the Montefoire Medical Centre premises with The Grange Practice.

East Cliff Practice Occupy the upper two floors.

There are two entrances to East Cliff Practice. The front entrance of the building·(using the bridge) leads directly into the·Practice.· The rear entrance· of the building bings patients into·the lower ground floor, patients will then need to use either the ·stairs or lift to reach·East Cliff·Practice.
